Total Coliform Rule
EPA is establishing the Total Coliform Rule Distribution System Advisory Committee (TCRDSAC) under the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose of the TCRDSAC is to provide advice and make recommendations to the Agency on revisions to the Total Coliform Rule (TCR). The committee will also consider what information about distribution systems is needed to better understand the public health impact from the degradation of drinking water quality in distribution systems. http://www.gov/safewater/disinfection/tcr/index.html
2013-2014 Native American Water Association receives Technical Assistance and Training Grant through USDA Rural Development, Rural Utilities Service.
The Native American Water Association is pleased to announce the following technical assistance and training opportunities available to Tribes. The technical assistance and training program will focus on operations, maintenance, management and all topics surrounding the development of a successful drinking water and wastewater systems. This program is open to all Tribal drinking water and wastewater operators, managers, utility committees and boards and others responsible for providing safe and sanitary facilities in Indian Country.
